YOUR EXPERIENCE with bestbody fitness

TRAINING:
We Believe in training with intensity but at your pace with resistance training. We are also huge fans of full body training working all major muscle groups. We focus on maximizing fat loss and building muscle. You will be WITH A TRAINER 3 days per week with a systematic program to help you burn fat, tone up, and see results fast. We will track your progress and help you to improve, avoid plateaus and keep seeing permanent results far past the program.
NUTRITION:
We will sit down with you and make your own custom meal plan. Digital so you can have it right in your phone. Exactly what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences, so it is not only doable but enjoyable. We will map out your grocery store list and get rid of guesswork. We also direct you on the best supplements to take to get the best results for the body and your goals. Their are multiple ways to reach your goals and we are going to help you choose the correct way to set you up for success!
ACCOUNTABILITY:
You will have us in the gym while you are working out and you will also be able to contact your accountability coach whenever you need help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you extra encouragement. We are solely here to help YOU succeed. We also have weekly check-in to keep track of progress and congratulate you on your success and keep you on track.

At Bestbody Fitness we have over 800 sq ft of pure weight training madness all laid-out to allow for the best use of the space. We train in very small groups so we can make sure to give you personal guidance and a personal push. With equipment brands like Rouge, Titian, Battle Ropes, Nutritional Supplements, Refrigerated Drinks, and Much More.

Yes! All of the workouts will be at your own pace and some modifications.
